Our Class Types

Our standard strengthening class. We take you through 45 minutes of high-intensity functional strengthening. Each class is a full body work out, so prepare to have your core, legs and arms fully exhausted by the end.

Looking for some extra intensity on the X Former? Come check out our 60 minute strengthening class. Every class targets your full body, but the extra 15 minutes will really test your limits. Offered on weekends at 8 am.

Want a class for everything MPX has to offer? Come join us for our combo class - 40 minutes of functional strengthening on the X Former and then 20 minutes of mobility for guided & assisted stretching. You’ll get a great full body work-out and work on your stretching and range of motion all in just 60 minutes!
