    We get it, this machine looks intimidating. Yet the truth is that the X Former is for everyone and there’s nothing we like more than introducing someone to our style of workout. Our movements are slow and controlled, and our class is small enough so that you’ll get a lot of personalized attention. Just make sure you show up 10 minutes prior to the start of your class so you can meet your instructor and they can introduce you to our machine.

  • Strength

    We perform 45-60 minutes of intentional, precise strength training on our reformer, the X Former. Our machine consists of two platforms with a moving carriage in between, similar to the Pilates reformer, just with the volume turned all the way up. We use two different levels of spring tension to create variable resistance for your entire body, putting you through a series of functional movements that target the core, legs and upper body. The X Former meets you where you are, and then challenges you for more.

     

    Our instructors will guide you around the machine through a series of planks, lunges, squats and exercises you’ve never dreamed up in order to fully exhaust your entire body – making you stronger than you were yesterday.
